This is one of the easiest types of stationeries to make.  It uses two backgrounds and only three images.  If you don't know how to make graphics, you can easily find something of this nature on the web for a free download by searching for web graphics.  Better yet, if you have Paintshop Pro, you can download tubes and simply mirror one so that you'll have the two on each side.  The image on the top is nothing more than a dingbat font which has been treated with Flaming Pear's Blade Pro.  For over a thousand such dingbats for free download, visit Dingbat Crazy
